~Words of Inspiration~
"Revival is the renewal of the first love of Christians, resulting in the awakening and conversion of sinners to God."  Charles Finney
Psalm 85:6  "Will you not revive us again; that your people may rejoice in you?"
I recntly read the following written by John "Pete" Hammond, senior staff member and Vice President with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship/USA.

"Where is the church on Tuesday? What is the sound of the Gospel Monday through Friday? When I ask the question, 'Where is the church on Tuesday?' across the country, I get real interesting answers. Where is the church on Tuesday? 'Well, Pete, we didn't move the building.' Now that's a logical American answer. It's just not a biblical answer. Where is the church on Tuesday? 'Well, Pete, it's wherever Pastor is, calling on the sick, in his study, counseling.' Well, that also is a true answer, but it's not biblical. Where is the church on Tuesday? 'Well, Pete, it's wherever our missionaries are. We pay them to do that.' That is also a true answer, but not a biblical answer. Where is the church on Tuesday? Wherever its pew sitters are scattered. Driving a taxi, selling groceries, running a government, managing information, etc."

God is into relationships! He places a premium on horizontal relationships (with one another) as well as a vertical relationship (Jesus Christ & us). I'm thankful today to know that it's possible to be at peace with Jesus Christ & my fellowman on a
daily basis! This experience isn't just a Sunday deal, rather, this experience works in everyday life - 7 days a week!

A significant key for that to occur is found in 1 John 1:7, "But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." My friend, you can make it and make it with victory in your heart in your everyday living. I implore you to spend some time in the Word of God, allow it to shed light on your path. Then by God's grace, walk in that light. It's a choice, so choose to walk in it! You'll find yourself becoming stronger in your faith in Jesus. You'll experience renewel and revival in your spirit. This will then help you in living for Jesus, not just on Sunday, but also throughout the week.

Have a great day!
