| Hello, and welcome to my page!! My Name is Nikki Rittgers. I'm a 10-year-old Christian girl who will be eleven in August! I have two sisters, Deanna (19) And Tori (16) We attend a Nazarene church in Cedar Falls, Ia. My dad Is a Nazarene Evangelist, as you probably know, and continues to travel to different churches around the U.S. I attend Piano lessons and actully had my first Recital in June. I am a HUGE Hockey fan along with the rest of my family!! Our family has one Cocker Spaniel named Princess (Prinny). She really makes our lives complete!! Last Christmas I got myself a Gerbil named Samantha (Sammy). She also is a BIG part of my life! I love the Lord , And my number one desire is to serve him!! Enjoy!!! |

| MARSHMALLOW FUDGE BARS 1 cup of:Oleo 1 1/2 cups of: Flour 2 cups of: sugar 1/2 tsp. of: Baking Powder 4 eggs 4 Tablsp. of: Cocoa 2 tsp.of: vanilla 1 cup of nuts (optional) 1/4 tsp. of: salt :) 1 pkg. of: min. Marshmallows :) Cream butter(Oleo) & sugar, add eggs, salt & Vanilla. Sift dry ingredients & stir into creamed mixture. Add nuts (optional). Spread in Greased 10x15 cookie sheet, Bake 15 min. @ 350 degrees. Remove from oven & cover with pkg. of Marshmallows. Bake 3 min. more. Cool and frost!! _____________________________________________________________________________-_______ Frosting!!!! 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 sq. choc., 1/4 c. water ~ boil for 3 min., add 3 Tablsp. oleo! 1 tsp. vanilla. When cool add 1 1/2 cup's of powdered sugar!!! ENJOY!!! |
